Cathy has had over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry with specific knowledge in the areas of insurance, financial planning, securities trading and banking. Cathy has used her varied financial background to develop a comprehensive financial planning approach which achieves a client focused balance between risk and return. Her risk management tools include both living and estate beneficial instruments such as disability, long term care, insured retirement program and estate bond products as well as various commercial based products.
Ermes came to HollisWealth from the investment industry where he worked with the major Canadian banks, Trust and Investment dealers for 25 years in the areas of Treasury management, Capital markets and Investment banking. He has helped issued bonds, preferred and common shares, derivatives, tax effective and securitized structured financings into the primary financial markets in Canada and around the world. In addition, he has managed the broad range of Corporate Treasury risks on behalf of these institutions and advised them in the areas of liquidity and investment management. Over the past several years Ermes has been a guest speaker at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Finance.
